Haileybury is recruiting for a skilled Groundsperson to work within the Grounds and Gardens Department.
This is an opportunity to become part of the team that provides maintenance and continually improves the sports playing surfaces, including: 20 winter sports pitches; football, rugby and lacrosse, 4 grass cricket squares, 4 artificial cricket pitches, cricket net areas, 2 astro turf hockey pitches and 8 tennis/netball courts. The successful candidate will also assist in the maintenance of the large amenity areas in and around the school grounds.
The post holder will be enthusiastic, hardworking and interested in being part of a forward thinking team. A full driving licence is required.
Experience of working in a sporting environment or a similar site would be an advantage but is not essential.
