Success for LS hockey in Holland
During the Easter holidays, Haileybury Lower School completed a highly successful hockey tour of the Netherlands in conjunction with Edge Grove Prep School.
The team played three matches during the four-day trip and won two and lost 1. They scored 21 goals in all.
Craig Swaby was top scorer, with 7 goals in three games, and Luke Anthony was excellent as a tour captain. Others in this top-class squad were Michael Davies, Ed Graves and Joe Doyle.
Overall results were:
Valkenburg HC won 9-2
HC Scoop lost 4-5
Oirschott HC won 8-0
