Success for hockey players against King's Canterbury
It has been a successful last few days for Haileybury’s boys’ hockey teams with, in particular, the Colts B team winning 11-0 against King’s Canterbury.
This was a fantastic performance and result following two difficult matches at the start of the season. All the boys played well, but Tim Hunter, Harry Chapman, James Story and Dan Harvey linked particularly well to score several fine goals.
In other results, the 1st XI beat King’s Canterbury 3-1 (Agass 2, Stanyard), the 3rd XI had a good 4-0 win , with 2 goals from Harry Hall, and one each from Jonny Newton and Greg Horwood, while the Colts A team won 2-0 (scorers: Freddie Sheehan and Rishi Choudhury).
Well done to all the players!
