IB Results 2002
The International Baccalaureate results 2002 have just been published. Haileybury’s 21 candidates this year produced an average points score of 35.2 which was a truly excellent achievement. Our two IB Oxford candidates, Janna Schmidt-Holtz (C) and Darren Gerard (H), met their conditional offers of 39 points with something to spare, achieving 42 and 41 points respectively. "These extremely pleasing results reinforce our satisfaction over having IB now well established within the school. There is a clear message here that those who choose IB and persevere with their studies will be very well rewarded at the end of the day. IB is not the risky, little known alternative that some occasionally suggest" Stuart Westley, The Master.
