Thomason House Play
In the place of the annual Arts Evening this year, Thomason entertained pupils, parents and friends with the production of ‘Black Comedy’ by Peter Shaffer on Friday 1st and Saturday 2nd February. This engaging comedy, full of confusion, deceit and farce, was produced by James Kazi, Assistant Housemaster, and involved almost all of the boys and tutors in the house whether as actors, creating the set, organising make up or backstage. The Saturday night performance was the Thomason Gala Night, with all boys in the house and their parents attending, along with guests including a number of Colvin parents whose daughters were also involved. After the performance, while enjoying a buffet supper, guests were able to view the artwork on stage produced by Thomasonians.
