Laura wins Science quiz

Congratulations to Removes pupil, Laura Detter (Alb), who beat the rest of the School to win a Science quiz devised as part of National Science and Engineering Week. Laura achieved 27 out of 30, even beating a four-person team effort from Upper Sixth Physics pupils.

Haileybury’s Physics technicians, Jan Tucker and Petra Jaggard, made the quiz available to all pupils and dedicated a noticeboard to activities available locally, as well as winning posters from schools and colleges nationwide.

All the pupils were e-mailed and had the opportunity to enter the quiz, which was available in the Science foyer.
