Excellent end to netball season

The senior netball squads completed their season in the best possible style, with all three teams beating St George’s Harpenden yesterday.

Results were:

1sts won 26-11

2nds won 41-7

3rds won 17-11

The 1st team lost just one of their 14 games during the season and the 2nd team remained unbeaten.

Meanwhile, four girls have been selected to train with the Under 13 District netball squad. Twenty girls were selected to attend these training sessions, from which 10 will be taken through to the District team to play in The Herts Youth Games in May.

Georgia and Nancie should be particularly pleased as they are a year young for the age group. Well done to all concerned!
