The Art Society is delighted to welcome photographer Helen Cathcart to Haileybury on Thursday to give this term's Art Society talk.
Helen is a lifestyle photographer specialising in food, which transcends into travel, interiors and portraits. She has an impressive list of clients to her name, including Conde Naste Traveller UK and US; Sunday Times Travel; Vogue Living; National Geographic Traveller; Observer Food Monthly; House and Garden; The Guardian; Time Out London; Virgin Australia; Sainsburys Magazine; Bupa; Waitrose Kitchen and John Lewis.
Helen started her career as a photo director and photographer at Ink Publishing, followed by freelance picture editing and photo direction on various news stand titles including British Vogue. After a move to Sydney she made the transition to full time photographer and now shoots for many magazines and brands and has photographed numerous cookbooks. Helen has since returned to London where she is currently based.
