Game, set, match: free tennis for all the family at Legends Tennis Centre

Adults and children alike can try tennis for free this weekend at Legends Tennis Centre at Haileybury.

Legends is hosting a ‘Great British Tennis Weekend’ on Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 May.

To celebrate all things tennis the centre is offering a whole weekend of family-friendly fun.

Plenty of free activities will be on offer, including:

• Free courts
• Coaching sessions for adults and children
• A fastest serve competition with fun and games for all the family
• Food, drinks and entertainment.

Sheila Langley from Legends Tennis Centre said: “Join us for what promises to be a fantastic weekend of tennis. We have plenty to offer for all experience levels, from players who can rival Andy Murray to those who haven’t picked up a racket before. Not only is tennis a lot of fun and a brilliant social sport, but it also has lots of health benefits too. At our centre we have indoor and outdoor courts so the fun won’t stop just because the weather doesn't want to play. We look forward to seeing you on court!”

Please wear flat, non-marking trainers and rackets and balls can be supplied.

Legends Tennis Centre is a Lawn Tennis Performance Centre set within our campus. 

We have close links with the tennis club. Legends indoor courts are Grand Slam quality and provide our pupils with one of the best school training facilities available.

Legends membership is also available to the general public.
